Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Real Cool Signs! We want to ensure your custom signs and orders reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will begin processing the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Carrier & Rates
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order (unless you qualify for free shipping).

Delivery Estimates: Once picked up by USPS, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Free Shipping Promotion
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $99 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied).

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches the $99 threshold.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation. You can use this number on the official USPS website to monitor your package's progress.
5. Damages and Missing Packages
Real Cool Signs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS) directly to file a claim.

6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
